IDAC Media worked closely with Julian Lennon, founder, and his team to achieve their creative concepts and continue development of the website with the aim of distributing news and information on project progress, as well as fundraising events such as the Monaco Ball, hosted by Whoopi Goldberg, in 2013. Content management and cross-channel content distribution are featured, as well as a fully responsive website framework.

Infrastructure support comes from our partner, www.net-defence.com, who ensure uptime and security.

New Brochure Builder

In sales and marketing, sometimes, the whole brochure is simply ‘too much’. How do you overcome this problem?

To help Ogilvie Fleet’s sales team and their clients, we created a web-based brochure builder. Having already created the branding, sales messages and targeting angles for the customisable physical brochure, this is a natural, digital extension.

Our customer can update brochures with new sales sheets as their requirements develop. Furthermore, the system is utilised to distribute custom-fit sales PDFs for Ogilvie Fleet’s vehicle leasing, finance and fleet management customers. It’s the next step in budget reduction in regards to physical printing costs.

IDAC Media worked to develop branding that reflected their communications heritage but was flexible enough to reach in to the wider array of products and services they offered.

The website is layout-responsive and as such, you can view the same content on large, small or mobile screens without loss or need to pinch/zoom. The system allows selective content, as some may not be needed in the mobile experience and it then scales, re-orders and fits beautifully - an excellent new all-in-one fit that our clients can now order from IDAC.

NEW SITE: Net-Defence

The Net-Defence team operate on projects around the globe, assisting when unwanted attention invades the private and family lives of people in the public eye. We come to the aid of many celebrities, public figures and companies, subject to unwanted attention across the Internet.

Short and sharp in approach, developing the web presence for the company, the single-page, all-scrolling site incorporates a tempered, minimalist content base and highlights recent successful case studies. One such story broke in the USA, with the arrest of Sheryl Finley, an alleged stalker who used is alleged to have deployed incredible tactics in an attempt to threaten their victim. Net-Defence were employed by the victim to build the case and assist in the process of delivering justice. Trial begins in May 2013.

Alongside the the post-threat action, Net-Defence serve to protect and manage risk in a preventative service for high-net-worth individuals and corporations. Current projects include several internationally renowned celebrities, games companies and corporate leaders.

Designed to be responsive and multi-browser compatible, the website auto-adapts to function on all modern browsing devices such as Galaxy S3, iPhones, iPads, Nexus, Laptop and Desktop systems.

NEW SITE: Julian Lennon Photography

“Julian Lennon has always felt that he has observed life differently, perhaps because his path through life has been so unusual. Nothing could be more apparent, as he reveals to the viewer his keen eye for composition and his gift for capturing an intimate moment.”

To support the growing collection of art photography created by Julian, we have developed a website to manage and collections of his work and allow promotion of the photographic works both individually and as exhibitions. The news pages are auto-populated by the official Julian Lennon website news system, where posts are appropriately tagged.

Julian worked very closely with the team regarding the visual work on the website and helped to form a very personal design structure.

The launched on the opening day of Julian’s Art| Basel exhibition in Miami, December 2012. Entitled ‘Alone’, the new collection was shown to press, public and guests and is now available to view on the Photography website.

NEW SITE: Great Wall Motors (Glasgow Dealership)

Existing client, Killermont Motors of Glasgow, recently won the Great Wall Motor dealership with the initial stock of Steed 4x4 Pick-up trucks.

In order to better support the sales and marketing process, IDAC were enlisted to create a specific site for the Glasgow dealership. Great Wall Motors are a Chinese firm and are one of the largest manufacturers of vehicles in the World and we were happy to produce a stylish micro-site to enhance the offering on behalf of Killermont.

The site works well on both desktop and smartphone browsers, promoting the key aspects of the Steed pick up trucks, with encouragement to contact and request purchase information or simply a demo drive.

The vehicles have an excellent specification and use components from the leading Japanese firms such as Honda, Toyota and Isuzu. They are aimed at buyers who need versatility in their vehicles without compromising comfort or simply those wishing to save money against the L200, Hi-Lux or even LR-Defenders.

IDAC have also provided follow-up marketing vehicle demonstrations with a shooting syndicate and another COTAG / Grampian Police event in November 2012.

SITE UPGRADE: JulianLennon.com

Working with Team JL and Firebrand, we’ve updated the Julian Lennon website to feature a new merchandise store. The store includes JL clothing and iPhone / iPad accessories - featuring our branding and identity work. Firebrand provide stock management and distribution for the products, whilst also handling payments and customer enquiries. The project was launched on time and on-budget whilst managing multiple sources for the merchandise and communicating with the fans.

SITE UPDATE: House & Contract

As House and Contract continue to grow, we’ve developed more marketing materials and support to help develop prospect contact, business development and now, information display items for the physical store. The website was updated to further manage operational capabilities in terms of stock management and paperwork maintenance whilst the publicly visible site was enhanced with new photography and a CMS managed ad banner.

SITE UPDATE: Julian Lennon

As of Thursday November 1st, www.julianlennon.com will be launching the Julian Lennon merchandise store. Working with Firebrand, we’ve designed accessories and provided branding for the clothing label, Julian Lennon. All the items from t-shirts to iPad skins have been designed in co-ordination with the musical artist, himself. Inspiration for much of the artwork comes from the Everything Changes design system and cascades throughout the range of items available.

SITE UPDATE: Caledonia Bureau

As Caledonia Bureau continue their business development plan and the expansion Westward has settled, the introduction of the Jupix system, to power back-office administration of properties for sale and let, has improved the workflow and provides additional customisation options for enhancing the CB website.

Properties are updated up to 3 times per day and synchronised automatically with the website and third party marketing options at Rightmove and S1 Homes. Properties can be features in both letting and sales capacities and are automated in display on the website. Property listing pages have been improved to show the latest properties for each office location and search engine optimisation controls are in place to ensure they’re discoverable out-with the property ecosystem.
